First off, this Sally Hansen maximum growth polish I had never tried before. I HATED it! The brush was super tiny and dragged, the formula was streaky and worst of all, the polish dried like a Sinful Colors, minus the great color payoff. I waited 30 mins for my first coat to be semi dry before applying my 2nd. The second coat was still soft and tacky after 2 hours! Uncalled for. Oh and when it finally did dry, one of my nails chipped. lol.
This shade was called Romantic Blossom. I got this %75 off at Rite Aid a few months ago, still feels like a ripoff!
I just noticed I got these little clear blisters on my fingers this morning, in the past it was an allergic reaction, I can't remember if it was from food or topical. It's been years since I've gotten these I doubt it's my polish remover but who knows. Although I have been changing polish daily, sometimes twice daily so I going to try to cut back. It'll be hard, so I chose to paint 4 coats of glitter to help me!
Wet n Wild Sparked, pink purple and silver glitter this outta keep me from changing for at least a few days!

Luv this... WnW needs way more glitters I have only found 2 a kaleidoscope-silver one and this one.... In Canada they are $1.57 each....
ReplyDeleteDeez Nailz, thanks! I really do like this glitter, never seen the silver one. I remember when I was much younger wnw had a TON of polishes in lots of stores, cheap back then too, now they don't have as much =x.

ReplyDeleteThat sucks about the NP chipping...I tried this SH Diamonds polish which was really pretty...then I topped it with some old base/topcoat I had, and it friggin turned YELLOW! So gross >_<
Olivia: ooh I wanted to try the SH diamond polish (it has the little 'diamond' on the bottle yah?)! lol what kind of topcoat did you use?!
ReplyDeleteIt's the SH Diamond Strength NP in color "Diamonds". Basically clear with lots of glitter, but not chunky glitter. The diamond on the bottle is sooo cheesy, but that's ok :P The topcoat was SH Ultimate Shield, which is pretty much crap.
ReplyDeleteBUUUUT, today I noticed that my NP turned yellow again anyways...without using any topcoat, so maybe it's the NP's fault? Eeee this sucks :(
