Comments
Hi guys! I just found out that all my comments that I have replied to, have not shown up. I am VERY upset because it looks like I have been neglecting you guys and that I haven't noticed this any sooner.
I am very sorry, I don't know why they are not showing up. I reply to each comment via email and they are usually a day behind but not over a week! So I just wanted to let you know that I have been replying, they just aren't showing up. I do appreciate each and every comment I receive, thank you so much!
So starting with my next post I will just reply to each comment the normal way (from my site lol). So maybe my one weeks worth of comments will all show up soon or not, but I hope so! I might have to switch comment systems, any good recommendations for another comment system out there?
Eyeko Rain and Saucy
Eyeko's two newest nail shades are here!
Rain is a slightly blue grey with a gorgeous shimmer. I love this color! This is 2 coats with Seche Vite.
Saucy is super hot red creme. This is only 1 coat, I forgot to put on a topcoat with this one. I can't wait to try Konading with this color it is so very opaque!
A quick tip for getting off dark colors and reds (and blues!): Take your remover soaked cotton or felt and gently apply pressure to your nail for about 5-10 seconds. Then while firmly pressing pull the cotton down. This way you aren't rubbing it across your nail and staining your skin, as long as it's not a glitter most of it should come off with 1 swipe. If not, most of the polish should be softened up so take a clean section of the same cotton/felt and swipe it down again. It's the same concept as the foil method for glitter but this is to avoid getting that stubborn red stains on your cuticles and skin. Hope it made sense!
I absolutely adore the packaging, the descriptions are cute and so are the labels! Both of these polishes were well pigmented and easy to apply. You can get these at Eyeko's website here for $5.50 each. They also sell them in sets (although these two are not in the same one).
These were sent to me for review by Eyeko.
Lancôme Définicils Precious Cells Review and Giveaway (Closed)
Like most asian girls, I have short, stubby lashes that go back to stick straight after applying mascara.
Bare lashes, uncurled. I kept trying to take pics from the front but lens could not focus on my lashes! As you can see I don't have too much to work with.
Bare lashes, curled.
2 coats.
2 coats.
I wore this in 105 degree Northern California weather (and spent several hours inside with no AC at 92 degrees!) and it didn't flake or smudge everywhere. Removal was really easy you don't need a special eye makeup remover, it just washed off with my normal cleanser (Purity by Philosophy). It held a curl ok, but after a few hours it did lose some of the curl.
Pros:
-Waterproof
-Easy to remove
-Lengthens
-No clumping or flaking
-Easy to maneuver wand
Cons:
-The price ($29.00)
-Loses some curl after a few hours
Available for purchase now at Nordstrom for $29.00 and everywhere else in August.
Lancôme wants you to try it too, so here is a chance for you to win it and their loose powder bronzer!

Girly Pink Overload!
Happy Friday! Finally!
I applied 2 coats of OPI Hawaiian Orchid and 1 coat of the VNS exclusive Color Club glitter then topped it with Seche Vite.
Close-up of the glitter polish.
Once my nails dried completely (I waited 30 minutes) I applied these nail gems (thanks Mum! ♥♥). You can click to enlarge to see that they are sort of randomly arranged and crooked on purpose, the gems are actually all attached on a thin strip of sticky clear tape.
I put on the stickers and applied a coat of the Nail Tek II treatment over everything. I like the Nail Tek because it is a little runny so it settles into the spaces between the gems well without bubbling.
Giveaway Winner! (Video)
I thought it would be fun to draw the winner in a video, so here it is! I just wanna throw out there that I know I have a messy desktop. I like shortcut icons what can I say lol.

The winner is Helen from Just Nice Things! Grats Helen, I will contact you for your info. It better get past customs lol :)
If you made it to the end, yes I may be the only asian that fails math lol! Aaaah and I'm pretty sure even tho I thought I was right during filming I was wrong. Asians worldwide are facepalming as I type this! It's painful to watch so only do it if you are SUPER bored, I warned you!
