This is 3 coats with Nubar Diamont.  I am still trying to get through my untrieds, I got this last year as a birthday present (thanks Olivia and Eric).  This has a barely there shimmer but you cannot see it at all.  A fun bright blue, I got a few compliments wearing this color.  Have a great Saturday!
