Essie One Of A Kind & a little Hello Kitty

I was busy this week and by the time I got around to taking pictures it was dark, so I gave up last night and just took indoor pictures.


One Of A Kind is red creme with orange in it. I like Essie, but this one was so watery it went everywhere! Cuticle and the edges galore. Other than that, love it. I'm wearing 3 coats with Seche Vite. Oh, did you know Target sells Seche Vite? I went there a couple of days ago and they had a whole row of Essie polish and SV! They have a pretty big section dedicated to just nail polish. I haven't been to target in a very long time so sorry if that's not news to you lol.

Okay, onto the topic that I know has you giddy and rubbing your hands together gleefully:


I got a Hello Kitty checkcard(stock photo, call me lazy)! I saw this months ago at my bank's website and just never did it until last week. Yesterday they finally came and I saw the white envelopes and tore them open.

Oh the humanity! Now, Alex knew what I had done. He knew he was going to get one, I just assumed he wouldn't activate his and keep his nice silver one. After opening the envelopes and me squealing for a good minute or so, we both peer down and see this picture above. I don't know about you but the letter delcaring: "Here is your HK checkcard.", and the fact his face on it is so cheery had us clutching our stomachs and laughing forever! (Click to enlarge)


Here is a close-up of it, he looks so happy, lol! Man, hours later as I type this it still has me laughing. Poor Alex... Sorry if you didn't find this as humorous as me. You should enlarge this one too, the card is so cute!! Wonder if this would make it on Hello Kitty Hell lol.

    Man, I wish my bank offered cute cards like that. I only got to pick from like 5 designs!

    lol yesssss, poor thing. He says he will activate it and use it, but i think that's easier said than done. Can you imagine ringing up a guy with that card? I think it's funny but I will feel bad looking into his bright red face as he hands it over to a cashier. Bank of America got these cards not too long ago, they have all kinds!

    Thanks, I was thinking about chopping them again, so hard to type!

  4. Lol....I'm almost about to cry from laughing!!! He's such a good sport...lol! The Essie is a nice color. I knew my Target carried Essie,Opi,and Seche Vite. It has an okay selection. None of the latest collections. I wasn't sure about other Targets. That's nice to know.

  5. Hahaha, aww! My hubby would KILL me and then make me send it back! LOL! There is no way he'd ever let me get away with that one. Too funny!
    My Target does have Essie, as well as some OPI polishes, but the ranges are pretty limited. And they have a couple of Seche products, but NO Seche Vite! Weird.

  8. Oh NO Kae! LOL! My hubby would make me send them back too. My hubby's a great sport but that would to too much cool, even for him! Alex MUST be lovely! I wish our Target sold Essie and Seche Vite! No such luck. Love the Essie Red and it's a creme, so where do you go wrong really? <3
